The 2017-19 NCA President’s Project is a HIT! We all enjoyed seeing and hearing about your gardens at our Spring Conference! Thank you to all the clubs that sent in fabulous photos of your AMAZING gardens! We enjoyed seeing the gardens and the gardeners! Some clubs have asked—is my club’s garden project part of this President’s Project? YES! Each club chooses what the club submits—so, if you work on or create a garden in the community; at the library; bring flowers to a nursing home or for garden therapy youth or adult center—you are spreading the love of gardening and helping NCA fulfill our mission! Yes—you are sharing our love of flowers and horticulture and bringing it to our communities! Any garden, large or small—your garden club is eligible! Share what you do with all of us—we all benefit by learning more about our NCA communities!

Next step? The big post-summer reveal! Show us how your garden grows—send in an update—a photo of your garden in summer! Start taking your summer garden photos now—your gardens look FANTASTIC now! Please email the photos to President’s Project Committee Chair, Lisa Cort—, to update your club’s garden in our A Garden For Every Garden Club slideshow NOW—no later than August 30! Our next NCA General Meeting will be held at the US National Arboretum in the Auditorium at Administration Building on September 25. All are welcome!
